Paul Moreland, a Texas Tech graduate and a licensed real estate agent for over seven years, is the dynamic Owner and CEO of Austin BNB Management. Since 2018, he has been at the forefront of enhancing property management solutions in Austin, extending his expertise to both short-term rentals and real estate investments through Austin Local Property Management and Austin Real Estate Advisors. Paul combines his deep knowledge of real estate with innovative approaches to maximize property value and improve guest experiences in one of America's fastest-growing markets.

Michael McNamara, a 6th generation Texan and Texas Tech Business Management graduate, has carved a niche in ranch real estate over the past four years. Since returning to Austin in 2013, he began his career in healthcare sales and later directed strategy at a healthcare data analytics firm. Michael founded Red Wolf Cinema, a company that focuses on filming ranch properties, and has grown his presence in real estate through various social media channels, amassing over 250,000 followers. Dedicated to his community, Michael coaches football at St. Michael's Catholic Academy and supports nonprofits like Project Charley and the Wounded Warrior Project.
